....well sorry for the quick plug but if you are or know of someone interested in something like a Fireblade then I'm selling mine here (ph link)

Bought the bike back in Agust but still suffering after a big one back in 2000.... someone thought my car was invisible so they decided to overtake a truck and use my road space.

This has left me with several life long injuries - lifes pretty normal but I now finding riding too painful on my foot and the thought in tbe back of my head of what if I come off is too great

yikes that was some crash. . . . . .

It doesn't look like the sort of road any one should be trying to overtake espesally in a 1.8 td escort estate. . .

nono No advertising in the forum please.

Just watched the video and feel a bit petty now. Edit your original post to outline the story behind selling the bike and I'll turn a blind eye on this occasion.

yeah, only on here for now though fella and not going to appear over on the other site. Its a slow sell as you know theres no rush for me but no longer going to ride it and instead can use the money towards my photography future!

i know this has nothing to do with why your selling it, just a straight question.......

after your term of ownership whats your view on the blade?
did you like it?

honest and non-biased salesman answer? Love it, seriously love it. The riding position is just right, the power is smooth and very rapid and it just looks spot on. Never got around to using an aftermarket can and tbh glad I kept it straight

if it doesnt go I'll prob end up taking it out when its warmer but I would honestly say its the best bike I ever owned. I loved my original blade adn this one just does more things for me appart from sort out my arthritic foot!

hard to believe its almost 5 years since you got it. At one point I'd have loved a trx

the TRX was good fun, just lacking in top speed

True, however I prefer to use the word 'incident'. An 'accident' is something which couldn't realistically be foreseen and avoided.

Looks like a really horrific accident, there didn't seem to be space inside the remains to fit a driver, amazing that you made it through.

I'd call it an accident since it clearly wasn't deliberate.

nice bike, hope you get a sale.

on the topic of the MisterToo, I was always a bit dubious as to how one would stand up in a frontal, that answers my questions.

best of luck.

yeah but it was a bit of a big one and I walked(well after some time ) away

you can tell the car was built to different standards than an ncap 5 car, steering colum into chest/pelvis, brake pedal came towards me hence foot/ankle damage though thats part my fault for braking...
