Tinted Pinlock Insert?

I think i'm going to get a tinted pinlock insert for my Shoei.

But what do you all think??? Light tint, or dark tint.

Iwant to be able to see when the sun is low in the morning, and on wet roads. But i can't be arsed to take it off if a cloud comes over and i can see bugger all...

Light tint??

Dark tint isn't that dark really, it's what I've got and is like a pair of normal sunglasses. Plus when it's really sunny you don't get blinded.
