Can't find a particular bike, can you help?

OK this is a long shot but someone may remember. At some point on here within the last year I think someone posted a piccy of a really tiny sports bike around 400cc (ish). The post was about sports bikes getting smaller (IIRC). I think it was white, possibly japanese but not the larger manufacturers.

I have done searches in the PH search function but I can't seem to find it. Any help would be gratefully received as I need some incentive for getting through my exams and doing my test!

Are you sure about the manufacturer?

Most 400cc machines are unofficial imports from Japan, as the country had a limit on cc's for new riders

So here (in complete contrast to your post ) is a 400cc bike from one of the World's biggest motorcycle manufacturer.

I think it was a piccy of a new bike from a show because it was on a stand. I remember it not being a Honda though, but thanks that is quite nice

Are you thinking of the Cagiva Mito 500? A (usually) 125cc Duke 916 lookylikey with a 500cc Husky single shoehorned in? The show bike was white and it's pretty small.

I do quite like it though I cannot find any info on whether they will go into production or not.
