Well done,
I bet he loved it.
My 6 year old is getting ready for his first pillion ride. The three stipulations were that the helmet had to fit him, he had to be able to ride his bike and he had to be able to get his feet fully onto the pillion pegs. He has now met all three stipulations.

Have i done the right thing tho? thats him got the biker bug
Absolutely. You'll be able to show him (from a v.early age) the rights and wrongs, and by the time he comes to own and ride his own, he'll be 100 steps ahead of his mates. Hopefully by that time, he'll have nothing left to prove to anyone, and will be solid and safe rider. Just think, he might have 10 years roadcraft experience before he passes his test!
I wished my old man would have got me into biking as a nipper!
The bike shop in south queensferry, forth gear, (forth road bridge) really good wee shop.
Think i was £165 all in apart from the boots, he allready had them for the crosser. I was afraid he wouldnt holt on 2 but you get a strap with handles on it (love handles) and there great.
