To Much Police Presence Foxys Diner

Went to Foxys diner near Oxford last night (by the way great night out on the bike) and the Police had CCTV mounted on a pole sticking out of a plod van, 1 x Traffic car and then too top it all a helicopter hovering overhead, all recording and looking at the bikes and bikers.
2 x plod came over with lumi jackets and ticket book so we decided to go (not due to having anything illegal) as was so annoyed at the money being spent for this stupid amount of police presence.

Wish they could sort out the immigration issues as well as they do putting bikers off of social gatherings.

So chaps just be warned when you arrive at a chosen bikers venue.......

anyone here know why there was such heavy handed presence?


ive put a thread on another bike forum i use...try and shed some light on it!!

I used to live near there. I think in the past there have been some utter tts blitzing the road alongside which led to complaints etc. Have not been there for ages so I don't know what its like now...
