Just bought 1970s TY80

I have just bought a 1970s TY80. Had one years ago but forgotten more than i now know. Anyone with any info/ spare part sources would be appreciated.
Dead simple but what is the oil to petrol ratio? Currently 25:1 but lots of blue smoke.
I also need a throttle top for the carb currently held on with tape any sources?
