You won’t find many stats like that; the bike world isn’t so hung up about 0-60 and MPG unlike the average car buyer.Performance Bikes mag and MCN do throw them in occasionally thou.
0-60 times are largely irrelevant on a big bike; it’s more about how easily you can launch it than outright BHP…qtr mile times are a better indication of how much power/easily manageable a machine is.
Fuel consumption? All inline fours and larger v twins will average around 40MPG on the road, even with relatively spirited use…a nice 80MPH cruse will net you around 50MPG on most bigger bikes, there hardly working at that speed but again, not many buyers are that interested in outright MPG, tank range can be a deciding factor thou.filling up every 100miles can be a royal pain on longer trips.
Fuel tank capacity will be given in the manufacturers stats of the machine your looking at or easily found online.
However, you WILL find info on insurance groupings…I believe Bike magazine has a buyers section in it every month which includes these
