I have got hold of a restricted 600 kwack. Since Ive had a bike licence for 20+ years I dont really need it restricted!
Anyone got an idea how they are restricted?

Thanks,

yes, it will be restricted in the carbs on the throttle slides or in the intakes ...should be far easily to see and remove

Which kwak is it?

Ninja.

If it is in the intakes what do I look for? will it be a mechanical partial blockage or just a restrictive flow filter?
If it is in on the slides will it just be someway of stopping the slides fully opening? and would it need rejetting?
Thanks,

its 20 odd years since ive bothered to play with taking bikes apart. Kinda rusty.
Normally just thrash the nuts of them and give it to a dealer to sort but they dont want to play with de restricting it.
