I am still buzzing that has got to be one of the best weeks I have had for a long time, shocked about the incident in the Senior race, what a shame.

So what was your high point of the TT?

I have many high points, especially the Mountain section being one way that was awesome, my hairs on the back of my neck where up when riding through Ramsey going towards the mountain.

On the Sunday we went to Jacks in Douglas (it was raining) and got on the beer, Moto GP was on and it was packed, the atmosphere was superb, cheering like mad for Rossi some for Pedrosa others for Stoner, it was such a good laugh. To be there with 9 of my mates watching the bikes with a pub full of bikers will stay with me.

Then a band come on and some local girls come in had a good laugh/dance etc with them then decided we where going to Peel to watch Madness got a taxi there with 3 of my mates (well and truly drunk by then).

Booking for next year without a doubt.

Every night out in Douglas getting back about 4am. Had an early night once which was about 3am. Cracking nights out. Met some top blokes from the hotel so will no doubt meet up for beers back in the UK.

Got pulled by the police at Creg on Mad Sunday for going round Ramsay hairpin sideways in the wet. His gaffer had reported "2 boy racers in a Corvette" heading for a blast but soon realised we hadn't been boy's for years. Had a laugh about it and let on our way.

My mate being asked in Bushy's toilet by an Irish fella "do you know where I can get a tattoo" at about 1am. Classic drunken fun.

Meeting Wade Boyd on Saturday in the Queens in Douglas and questioning his wheelie antics over Ballaugh Bridge. Nice bloke, proper TT legend.

Nev Jones getting a bronze replica for 15th in the Sidecar A race. So chuffed for the two of them for all the hard work. Even better that it had my name on the side of the outfit.

Listening to Guy Martin after every race. What a guy! I never tired of hearing him saying how everything was "mint".

Ferry back doing a figure of 8 in the Irish Sea as we had to wait 2 hours for a port at Heysham. Then at 01:45 the radiator boiled over and the car came to a standstill on the M62. Just hoping it's ok for Le Mans.

Sounds like you all had a great time.

I unfortunately didn't make it out this year due to a death in the family.
Was due to go out last 28th Monday and return on June 5th Tuesday.

Has been a tough 2 weeks watching it on TV etc and hearing the bad news from the Senior race.

The good news is i have changed this years booking to next year so am all paid up for next year already and have better crossing times aswell.

See you all there next year!!!

Bike not starting before setting off on the 250 mile trip to Heysham, nor getting on the ferry, nor getting off the ferry in Douglas.

Getting to the digs in Ramsey, pissing about with the bullet-cam for an hour in the heat before going for the first ride over the mountain, only to remember practice was about to start.

All day Friday, general hooning, several times over the mountain, remembering what bit comes next on the course.

Every eveing down the two decent pubs in Ramsey quaffing ale, then remembering how dire the availability of eateries are & scoffing take away.

Riding as fast as you can on the No Limits roads smile

The Ramsey Sprint.

Doing the same things we did last year, in almost the same order (Jurby Junk, Peel for an ice cream, Laxey Beach).

Watching the racers in practice & realising you are really a big girls blouse.
