Motorcycle transport

I know that riding a bike from one end of the country to the other is the best and most fun way of getting a bike there but I have to get the old Kwack up to scotland with a spare engine.

Does anyone have an idea what it would cost to have it transported/couriered? Also who have you used to transport bikes/engines?

Theres a few bike transport specialists who advertise on ebay you might want to look up.

When I went to get my bike I hired a van (£50 a day or so)... It was easy enough, except when I had to drive it up and down the last bit of road, bordered by sharp stone walls about 2" away from the van either side...
