Please give praise...She's past!!!
Discussion
Hi all.
Please give praise to my good lady for passing her bike test.
The first time she has ever been on a bike was 3 months ago. She has worked so hard for it and past first time today!
As soon as she passed her test today at 11.30am she was back home and jumped on my ZRX1100 with me following on the Harley. She did absolutely fine. Full of confidence but not over confident. Doing all the right things at the right time. Thanks to Bikewise in Stafford for teaching Ruth to be safe, confident and steadfast.
I am so chuffed and should send a message out to anyone that thinks they could never do it because you can.
Thanks.
Mark

Side question to you if I may, what's the ZRX like to ride - I quite fancy a 1200S one day.
Steve.
Hi Steve.Steve.
To be honest I can't fault the ZRX1100. I asked a sales guy at a bike shop who had a 1200 what the difference was. He said nothing apart from the 1200 had a bit more torque.
The 1100 is a dream. You can do flips around cars when overtaking like a smaller bike with ease which a lot of drop bars can't do. The breaks are bang on (I did upgrade the pads which stopped the common fault of squealing when breaking at lights etc)
The handling is easy. It can potter around town or lay flat at 125mph round a bend. (on the track of course!)
I have read reports about people complaining about the hard saddle but I have never had a problem with it to be honest.
If you like the retro style of them then you wont be disappointed with the ride. Always come home with a smile on my face.
Hope this helps and thanks for the congrats to my Lady.

Looks like it's now firmly on the list of future purchases. Gassing Station | Biker Banter | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff

Nice work!
