Just ordered a new Triumph

After much deliberation I placed an order yesterday for a new retro 900cc Triumph scrambler, as in the early seventies I had a 1968 650 Trophy scrambler with upswept pipes which was virtually identical, and I fancied returning to my youth...

Errr, no, but I am p/x my naked 1200 Bandit I bought new two years ago, 277 miles on the clock, so I guess you can say I'm a fair weather biker....

Snap. I had a 650 TR6 (single amal carb) in 1972 RRJ 646H, still got the photos....

No, siamese pipes were as the name suggests 2 into 1.............

It gave me all the mechanical experience I posses .
probably 3 rebuilds , every time the throttle was wide open it threw a rod , maybe i was doing something wrong lol
and how to jam a slither of baked bean can alongside valve guides to make them fit
