Newbie says "Hi"

Hi everyone, been a vistor to this forum for ages. Thought as I passed my bike test today
i'd say Hi.
It was my 2nd attempt and I took it in Chelmsford after being trained by Probike, (failed 1st time on a U turn in Southend)
I just need to hurry up and buy a house with a garage to house the CBR600F or RR i'm hoping to get. Oh and I need to break the news to the Mrs as well as she doesn't know and is really anti bike.
As soon as i get a bike i'll be looking for some rideouts with any local Essex folk as most of my mates don't ride.
Cheers

Hello Chris, and welcome!
Well done on the test mate, a good feeling eh?! I learnt with Probike as well, and took my test in Chelmsford...small world eh?!
Got any ideas on your bike yet?
Oh, and don't worry...my Mrs can't stand bikes....no interest at all. Even shy's away from social events with the bikers, as she knows the conversation will always end up on bikes....proves difficult sometimes!
I know we've said it before, but there's quite a few of us in the area so a ride out is due soon.
Don't suppose you've thought about any further training yet have you? Well, when you do, ELAM(East London Advanced Motorcylists) is a very good group. Nice people and it deffo helps your riding improve. Let me know if you fancy it one day and I'll introduce you.
Have fun and keep safe.
Cheers.

I will definately be looking at further training so will take you up on your offer. As for what bike to get, i really fancy a CBR 600F or maybe a RR, although the R6 does look very nice. It's going to be a couple of months till i'm able to get one as i'm in the process of getting a property with a garage at the mo.
Cheers mate
