Fantastic pics. Just a shame there's no sideways action this year what with all the traction control etc. Pity.

ooooh, can someone find a picture of Melandri spinning the rear whilst waving at the crowd coming out of the last corner...somewhere, can't remember where it was.

Just go to YouTube and search for 'Melandri Island Slide' and you'll see it. Easily the best move in the 2006 season biggrin

I was thinking the same thing, but it's from last year. Ace move though.

Is it me, or is Vale suffeing from target fixation??!!!! Surely he should be looking further ahead than that....maybe that's why he's struggling this year....

I'll give Jeremy Burgess a quick call and get this sorted....

Yea, he's definitely struggling with his eyesight this year... He can't see where Stoner goes.

Oh, while you're on the phone to Jerry, ask him if he's got any spare suspension bit's going for free that'll fit an R1.. hehe

It's part of a deal that he made with Dorna to give other people a chance in Motogp... He's only allowed to stare at the clip-on and no further ahead than that.

So far it's working, although I hear that they may allow him to start looking 2 meters in front so that he can catch up in the championship.
