That's the thing (rebuilds), I had a 500cc 2 stroke (single) and had to rebuild it many times over the years. wink

But power delivery was like a baseball bat in the face. thumbup

An awsome bike. What a great toy if you have the time and the money. Somehow though, I can't see Mrs K1 allowing me either the time or the money! weeping

Nice, but my learner bike days are over biggrin

(I was riding round on an RG500 Gamma 6 months before I took my test, ahem...this was of course , back in the day when you could get away with stuff like that, allegedly smile

Gorgeous...be interesting to see how easily he sells it..we ALL love stuff like this but who would put the cash into it and dare buy it?

There was a lucky strike suzuki liveried RG500 special that was in Performance bikes last year too that was equally highly prepared...WSB forks,radial brake calpiers etc...4 pipes too.. 2 out the seat & 2 on the side....The man Stan Stevens who does the 500cc custom engine builds knows them inside out & is the `man`.
