OK

Let's suppose that I have a reasonably fast but poor handling motorbike. Options are - make it handle, trade it, or do something really stupid - it it won't handle then go for absolute accelaration.

So.

Where do I find out about nitrus, turbos and the like. Who makes them, who fits them, what do I need to have done to stop the engine eating itself, who can do the work for me (I am useless) and how much??

Your most cost effective first step would be to sell it and buy something that's really fast to begin with...namely a Super Blackbird...then tune the nuts off it

Seriously, you can spend an awful lot getting those last few bhp out of a motor, when the money would have been better spent getting something damn fast in the first place.

trade it. Cheaper by far to buy what you want in the first place, and easier to insure as well.

Yeah....but.....That's no fun!

I currently have 145bhp at the crank, 110 at the rear wheel with 97 ft lb of torque out of 1000cc Kawasaki motor. Shaft drive and a 195 section rear tyre. Does seem tempting....

I found a place in "Fishpond Road" Woking so going to take a look at the weekend. I'll post what I find.

Thanks for the input
