After 2.7k of miles on the blade my original Corsa's are almost worn out.

I have heard good things about the Diablo Corsa 3's for road use. This true?

Also I'm just going to replace the pair of tyres even though the front is pretty much ok - this makes sense yes?

I'm running them on my GSXR 1000 - best tyres I've tried yet, I have much more confidence in the front than I did with the previous Pilot 2CT's. They appear to be lasting longer as well which is odd!

They are good tyres, didn´t last long on my heavy old exup though, I had to replace the rear after 800 miles, very pointy feeling tyres if you know what I mean smile

And yes, replace the pair smile

Just been quoted £130 rear, £90 front. Seems pricey!

About right to be honest, doubt you'd save too much more shopping around.

All of the "proper" tyres are £200+ a set, fitted. You can get them cheap on line but then budget for fitting, upto £40 a pair. You would'nt get away with taking your own beer into your local!

Why relace the front tyre if its pretty much ok?

Surely you can get 2/3 rear tyres to one front?

I've recently fitted Corsa 3's to my GSX-R and they're proving to be a fantastic tyre. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly. smile

If the front tyre is OK, tread wise, and is of the same type, then it will be fine.

That's what I'm doing - just putting a rear Corsa on and will get a pair of Corsa 3's next time! Very expensive to get the job done at Honda. £25+ for a rear tyre fit on the bike!

I just got a quote from Universal in Billericay. £200 fitted and balnaced on loose wheels. Getting them for my Aprilia Factory on Friday.

BTW - I have a brand new Pilot Power 2CT Post Recall for sale. Anyone interested drop me a PM.
