Fibre Glass Repairs to Race Fairings

WOuld anyone have a contact in the Essex area that can make repairs to fibreglass. I need to get my top race fairing repaired after my Cadwell crash a couple of weeks ago.

If its just a split, can you not repair it yourself by using a fibreglass repair kit on the back?

I did mine over the weekend, and while its not a 100% to look at, by the time I've finished spaying it will look fine.

The kit cost about £15 from halfords

Done a fair bit of GRP work - got a workshop in Wickford just round the corner from the Dick Turpin.

Would be happy to have a look to help out, work permitting.

IS that a GSXR I see laying on its side across the road..... Well not yet!!

If your faring is the original fairing it probably won't be made out of fibreglass like after market panels, if it's a plastic panel then plastic welding product would be better than fibreglass.

although if it is fibreglass please ignore the above
