I`m not wanting to nit-pick, but I thought the Suzuki`s were on Bridgestone tyres(For Hopkins I mean)! I`m not trying to start anything I just cant remember.

I`m still hoping Edwards gets his first MotoGP win.

Does anybody know if the Yam`s are testing that new engine this race.

I think Rossi has the pneumatic valve engine, Edwards the old one.

rumour from a friend there says tamada has the new engine as well cos edwards refused to use it, hayden apparently has the 08 spec rcv212v engine in and is basically using the rest of the season as a test session, a la rossi.

So happy for Haden - must feel fantastic for him smile

However, take the qualifier tyres out of the equation and you're back to race conditions which puts Nicky back down the pack at Estoril. I reckon it will be closer between Rossi and Stoner - at least I bl**dy hope so...

Shame to see Hayden fall off. Really thought he'd do well here (after last year's little hiccup) but looked like he had a dodgy start. Great display by Rossi and Pedrosa and it would seem that Michelin may have got it right for once.

Of course, as a Stoner fan, it's a shame he couldn't take the championship here but now there's only one point in it and I have time smile

Yea, Stoner has it wrapped up, and quite deservedly so.

Next weekend should see him take it, I wonder if he'll play it safe or go for it, I suspect it will be the latter.

Have you ever known Stoner not give it 100% at all times? smile

It's always funny to read the Valentino Rossi forum after a race but this time it's especially good with people wanting to spit on Stoner and hoping he breaks his neck in a fall. God, how I love fanatic Rossi fans smile

That is too extreme to say that though, break his neck!

Must admit though good to see Rossi win!
