Ok, I might have come to biking a bit late (mid 30's), but I'm liking it quite a lot biggrin

So at the moment, I'm on a YBR125, I've got my test in about 3 weeks but I've been riding since march this year, and sort of accidentally put a nice little deposit on a Street Triple today biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

Anyway to the question...I need a bit bigger bike (around 500cc) to see me through to the delivery of the Triumph, I need suggestions as to what to go for, something robust to see me through the winter, and quite cheap smile

Cheers
Rich

If you just want cheap reliable transport a BMW K75 is pretty bombproof, but a bit on the extremely boring side....

Suzuki bandit 600 - a bit more entertaining than the usual 500's. It's cheap to buy and run and been around for years.

There will be one to suit your budget.

Thanks for the advise, the Bandit looks in the right price bracket and there seems to be quite a few around so I might go for one of them whenI get this test done

Thanks
Rich
