That is cheapish, highish mileage though for year so may deem about right.

theres 3 cheap ones on Biketrader, one was £7500 but had been stuffed, the next one was the one i mentioned and was £8750 not £8500, my apologies, and the next one was £8995 from a dealer and it looks to have Termis on it but doesnt list the milage, i really dont know what to do though, i got my insurance cheque today and definatly want to buy a bike now, firstly because its cheaper and secondly i want to put a stop to any silly thoughts of not buying a bike and getting a Range Rover now instead of next year, but now i cant decide wether to get a new 600RR or put in more money and get a used 1098 help!! frown .

depends on what you are using the bike for.

If its just a weekend plaything the 1098

If its more of a workhouse - commuting etc - 600RR or the 750suz

Sounds about the right price for the 1098.

If it was my choice it would be the Ducati.

Sorry, but for me it would be the R/R for winter. I'd then be looking around April time for a new bike when prices may have dropped further due to new reg.

Boring I know, but how much are you actually going to use the 1098 over winter ?

i wont be using whichever one i buy over winter much, i just want to get one now to save money, i do really like the Ducati but it is extra expense and i want to do some track days so maybe the RR might be the best bet?.

theres some great slightly used bike going for really good money for th time of year, seems no point in hanging on for prices to go up again, i will ride it a bit over the winter, when its dry and the gritters havent been out anyway.
