Hey i'm thinking of doing my DAS course as soon as i can get the cash together.

I'd be interested to know if anyone is running a bike all-year round and what bike you are using to do it on.

I mean is there anyone who rides there sports-bikes all year round?

Cheers

Chris

Yes, a fireblade. It was the only blade I'd ever seen with a top box and then I saw another so I fitted heated grips. If the other bastard gets some of those I've got a wicker basket on ebay I'm watching.

I can't see any reason to keep my ZX6R off the road yet... Maybe once there is a bit of snow on the road, we'll see...

XJ900s (with heated grips and top box) is my all year round steed. I tend to chicken out if it's icy or snowing though. Part of my commute includes going down a country lane that never get's gritted in winter - that can be fun at 7:30 in the morning!!

Rode all through last winter on the bandit (but it was a mild one)

Current XJR1300 too good to subject to salt so will hibernate as soon as the salting starts
