Damn the Bike show is expensive
Discussion
Spent 2hrs at the show yesterday, stayed away from the bike displayed , just too busy, visited the Autocom stand ... purchase made !!
Walked past the BKS leather stand, the workmanship was fantastic, 5 mins later I cracked and handed over my credit card, my new jacket will be made in March !!

Y2 you done the right thing going twice, I had a brilliant day going to order the stand up canvas painting of Rossi for the front room and brought a few bits from the Gas Honda stand (felt a bit of a traitor due to Ducati ownership) and drooled over the Ducati stand for a while.
My bruv and a mate brought end cans and a whole lot more, picked up a leaflet on a ride out to one of the Moto GP rounds next year, something I need to do!
Going to price that up tommorrow.

is it me, but there are no real bargains anymore, overpriced crap
Ther are some good bargains still to be had, with all the bits I wanted(even thou i didnt buy all of them!) would have saved me good couple of hundred quid off what I would have paid on line or instore but i agree, it isnt quite the discount "store" it used to be.Thoroughly enjoyed this years show.

Let us know how you get on with the autocom as I want to make a decision on which I go for at the next bike show. Torn between the Autocom with its more inputs, but wires, and this one http://www.interphoneuk.com/ with no wires, but only good for talking (either phone or to other riders).Walked past the BKS leather stand, the workmanship was fantastic, 5 mins later I cracked and handed over my credit card, my new jacket will be made in March !!
