One for you techs out there:

I will be getting a Sat Nav (probably the Garmin unless another proves more suited to this task).

I already have the phone/Ipod.

What do I need so I can listen to my Ipod, while still being able to recieve calls/sat nav instructions?

Thanks!

Get a bluetooth connector for your iPod!
Then Bluetooth the phone, the pod, and the Zumo up to each other...

Starcom or Autocom (currently half price).

I have a Starcom - top piece of kit - very easy to fit even a numpty like me could wire it all up. Sat Nav, ipod, phone and bike to bike (walkie talkie).

I use a garmin nuvi.

It plays your mp3's, Blueteeths your phone (not sure how you'd talk while doing 70ish down the motorway), And it is a sat nav to boot!
