Due to a brief episode of over-cautiousness I managed to fail my test last Thursday. The DSA website states "you must wait 10 clear working days after your practical test before you can book another one".

Does anyone know:
1. Does this mean I must wait 10 working days to book, or can I book now and resit in 10 working days?
2. "10 clear working days". So I failed Thursday, does this mean I can re-take a week on Thursday, or do I need to wait until the 11th day, i.e. Friday?

TIA.

I'd just call to book another one and explain the situation. They'll advise accordingly, and book for you, job done.

you can re-book your test straight away, but the earliest date they can give you to take it is 10 working days from when you failed.

In my case it was over a month before a free date, whcih they then cancelled 5 minutes before it, and then yet another month before another free date frown

worth it tho, had another great weekend out in the sun blasting around smile

good luck with the retest smile

As nimbus said, book now! I had to re book and as I was willing to go to any local center I only had to wait three weeks. Book and Good luck to you.
