still having problems getting my money back from the company (RP) who have had my money 2 months with out providing me with protective film.

So after sending them a letter asking its my right to get my money bck. trading standards helped)

trying to find a good new company that will provide me with VentureShield

I would just get your cc company to sort this. 2 months ..way too long and past the time when the company can even be given the benefit of doubt that they could not give a stuff about you!

I have contacted them as well and they also need a letter. not got around to sending that yet but have done the one that trading standards saysy to send with your legal right and regualtion etc.. they got 7 working days to get back to me and they would have had it yesterday as I sent it special delivery on monday
