So what do people think of the new BMW superbike then?

Bodywork wise it loks pretty tasty (I hope they leave Carbon as an option
), but it is kind of convetional for a Beemer. Inline 4 engine, Telscopic Forks, and could they not think of anything to do with the exhaust?
Also, is anyone else loving the European Litre Bike rennaisance that's happeing at the moment - Ducati, KTM, BMW. C'mon Triumph where's the 1050 Daytona?

People dont really think of BMW making sportsbikes.I didnt either until my GS was in for service and I was given one of their current sports bikes for the day.It was excellent-comfy,handled and rode well, and when I opened up the throttle on the motorway it felt like pushing the hyperspace button in the starship enterprise!
