Hey guys,

I am in crisis again and in need of your wisdom, have been hunting around for something that can not only fit my bike into quite happily, but also is not completely lacking in style! The most practical thing I can find would be a Ford Transit van (room for spares and tools to), but the van is so dammed ugly! Idealy a nice pickup truck with 3 seats in a single cab would be good, but then the bike is exposed to the elements outside.

So if you can think of anything do share as i'm stuck here looking for something practical, stylish and under 4.5K.

Cheers Sam.

Why does it need to be stylish? Its only a van at the end of the day

This is slightly over budget but you can get older ones for less.

try and look up a VW AA van, you can remove / add double seats into the back, three up in the front.

Loads of carry room, rear loading and single sided slider door

You can get a bike in the back of a renault espace/peugeot 807, etc. Seen lots of guys do this over at the 'Ring. Worth considering if you don't want a van. Also think about the merc vito (non van version).

Forget a pickup, even the modern 'lifestyle' ones. They lose their appeal fairly quickly, and aren't as practical as something which has internal storage space.

If you intend to tow, you clearly nedd and a trailer, and more importantly for most people, somewhere to store it!
