Don't worry, I haven't crashed.

My first bike was a GSX-R600 K3 and so was Chilli's. My current bike is a GSX-R750 K7 and so's Chilli's. Chilli's now looking at R1s...

Pah. Who wants an ugly thing like a fireblade?

I prefer bikes with a bit of "soul". I'll stick to my Duke or Triumph. The trumpet embarrasess most supersports bikes on real roads.

190 bhp on the road........Far too unwieldy for mere mortals!

Just take advantage of it. Mine was 1 year old, with 1800 miles on it when I bought it. It had never seen rain and was absolutely immaculate. And all for about two thirds of it's new cost.

He might have another bike and this was for best... or he could be a complete nonce I guess. Nice bike though.

Can I be part of the 1000cc club if I get say a 2008 FZ1 Fazer? Currently considering one, so need to test ride it. Current model does have pretty much a 2002 R1 engine with 150bhp. I'm thinking about something quick but practical as the latest crop of 1k sports bikes are a little too extreme in my eyes for day to day communting and euro touring.

woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooah!!

fz1.... massive (read huge) depreciation, poor engine, poor handling, uncomfortable compared to its rivals,

but a cbf1000 or even better still the new cb1000rr super naked, pronounced as "the best naked bike in the world" this week.....

Looked at the CBF1000.. nope doesn't do it for me its a very bland and boring and hardly made with any trick components in comparison. CB1000r would be ok if honda made one with a small fairing.. come on honda! Naked bikes and Euro touring just don't work.
