Leather repairs in London required

Hey guys,

I have two pairs of leather trousers which could really do with some new zips plus my boots needs some restitching. Can anyone recommend a decent cobblers in either central/north/east or west London? (Anywhere but south really) Or even in an IG postcode.

I would consider doing this by post if you can recommend someone.

Not in London but very good http://www.hideout-leather.co.uk/ I don't know if they do a postal repair service but I have had zips and a leather jacket altered by them and the quality and service is excellent.

I posted this on another thread the other day - but just go to any saddler. They are used to working with leather, and zips, and charge half the price of a specialist motrorbike clothing repairer.

Apparently they've moved to Farnborough now, looks like they're somewhere round the back of MotorcycleCity/Carnells/Infinity/TheMotorbikeShop/whatevertheyrecallingitthisweek.


Anyone got an idea how much these kind of places charge to replace all the zips and lining on a two piece? I might be able to fit in my Belstaff again soon if I keep up the diet but it could do with a bit of a refurb.
