How do you rate yourself as a rider?

I'd give myself 6 out of 10. I do enjoy my riding and have owned some great bikes (TL1000R, Honda Hornet, Fireblade RRY and 1000RR) I just don't think I'm a natural biker.

Well, I am getting a bit older and the old skills are slipping a bit. When I was at my peak, as I rode down the road I was so good that people threw money.

Safe or quick? My quick riding I would rate a 5 and safety used to be 4, now after my training after the last few days I would say a 6.

I change ride to ride. Sometimes safety is a 10, and pace is a 2...another day, the other way round. I guess it's trying to find a happy medium.

I'm actually a bit concerned I'm becoming blase about speed lately. I think nothing about tooling along at just under 1 DL in NSL consistently across a whole journey.

Tricky one. I can ride at a 9.5 pace if I put my brain in my back pocket, or at 10 safetywise but the two don't go together, so making good fast safe progress I'd say about an 8ish

If I'm in that comfortable, fully aware, zone, making reasonable progress then maybe a 9

If I'm trying to make up time then probably a 6

If its cold, damp, misty and I'd rather be in bed than on the way to work then it might dip as low as a 4

In my dreams, 11

Seeing as I did my DAS in January, then had a 2 1/2 month break before finally getting a bike, on which I've only done a bit over 200 miles on so far, I'd say <1. There's only one way to improve though, and that's practice.

I am about a 4. nerd I have done about 5000 mile on my bike and I have a bit of pace but can not get consistent pace and proper safety. Nothing a bit of proper training could not help. read
