Hello

I'm collecting my new R1 on Sat the same as the one below, what set of Marchesini wheels would suit better, black or gold?

I like both...

Black for stealth or gold to get noticed.

Its a difficult choice, I feel for youwink

Why not save the money and buy a used off-road bike with the cash?

A set of expensive wheels is going to make the best part of bugga-all difference on the road. The std wheels are already very good and quite light.

But a trials, trail or MX bike will give you hours of extra fun!

It doesn't get any better than black and gold. I saw one of those black and gold special edition Daytonas the other day and it was just lovely. lick

Depends on the difference in weight obviously, but don't say it makes bugger all difference. It actually makes a huge difference! My OZ's have absolutely transformed the bike, I promise you. I can't imagine a better upgrade to a bike, apart from maybe the rear shock if the standard one is bobbins.

Edit: Oh, and GOLD all the way baby! And whoever mentioned the levers is spot on as well! Lovely bike!
