PASSED!

Passed my A2 restricted licence today. Only got one minor because my positioning was off when I went to turn right. It was my first time as well. I was only 17 eight days ago. Now I only have to wait 730 days until I can ride any bike lol.

Thinking of a ZXR400 (as its the only 400 I fit on) but I'm just waiting for a good one to come along. I've got a DT125 at the moment which will do until I find a good 400.

Oh, I heard those Dt125's are great fun... Don't you fit a different exhaust to de-restrict them (If you haven't already) meaning you get about 20hp ?

As mine is an early model (89) its not restricted by the exhaust but the powervalve is pegged shut. When it is opened it makes the exhaust outlet about twice the size meaning you get a stack more power up the top but then there's no power below 6K RPM so not good for learning or commuting really. With the powervalve turner round they (apparently) make 28HP at the crank.
