Failed Test!!!

Good Morning,
Just thought i would up date you on my test from yesterday FAILED FAILED FAILED.
1 Minor and 1 Major
Its a joke, i failed on my Major on my u turn.
Heres what happened.
Came of a junction into a side street and was told to pull over so i am now about 20 meteres to a busy junction in MK, so he says do the u turn, ok i say so i walk the u turn no problem then he says ride the u turn, i sit on the bike start it up look forward nothing coming do my lifesaver nothing behind looking forward and start slipping the clutch as im turning my head in the corner of my eye i see a car pull in form the junction by this point im 1/3 into the u turn, I dont panic keep everything smooth and it was so tight i had to ride to the kerb the best u turn i have done, anyways as i have straigtened the bike up the first thing i do is stick on my indicator to signal to the car im pulling over. He failed me, why you ask? because i caused the car to stop, the fact that i was next to a busy road and junction has got nothing to do with it he said i should have looked forward for longer, as i was slightly stressed i did explain that if i had looked forward observing for to long i would of had to do another lifesaver. he replies "YES" so at which point do i stop looking forward for ages and get on with the manouver. TO@~:ER I cant soend the entire test goiung life saver, Long forward observations, Lifesaver Long forward observation.
Anyways i have had the best five days ever had some sun some rain and covered miles and miles its been brilliant roll on the normal examiner and not the stupid stand in guy who really didnt like being where he was.

Chin up matey, have another go, i tried arguing with the examiner when i failed my car test.
It did nothing & he said you can appeal if you like, i didnt bother, it's pointless arguing or disagreeing with them cos it wont get you anything!
Just smear it in his face when you pass next time!

Tough call, but technically the examiner is right. If you cause another vehicle to stop or take avoiding action then you are in the wrong almost regardless of context. I can see your point but he's the examiner and if he wants he can fail you on anything.
Just chin up and pass it next time! At least you didnt put your foot down which most people seem to do!!
