Differences between Malaysian/USA/Canada ZX1200 & UK spec?

I have a 2000 ZX1200 which Kawasaki tell me is a UK spec model, however the wiring loom does not match the UK wiring diagram and is actually the same as the Malaysian and USA/Canada models. Does anyone (very long shot!!) happen to know what the difference is from an electrics point of view??

Some USA/Canadian bikes run with their indicators on all the time. Some also have different types of catalatic converters, Lanber sensors.

My 600RR came from Canada and has a few different components than the UK one.
