March has seen the return of warmer weather, and with it the return of the hardend biker. One of these guys was following me on my C1 this morning, so close that his front wheel would have been on my back seat (if I had one). Everytime I make a filter-move between the traffic I have to check this twunt's position. Eventually he comes past just as I'm about to make a lane change. Without someone to follow he soon gets boxed-in and I leave him behind.
Why ?
The guy is on a bike - he must know how much risk is involved in sitting in another biker's blind spot ? Even more so when filtering between traffic ?
Lets just say he's rusty from lack of practice.
Give us all some space (FFS).

He's not a biker, he's a scooter jockey (tech. term) which seems to make a difference from what I've seen. Sad to say however, this isn't a scooter only disease. I had a similar muppet, but on a BMW tourer with matching hi-vis jacket tail-gating me the same way a couple of days ago. Looked like an IAM type, but clearly was nothing of the sort.
I share your frustration at these morons,
Steve.
