Rear view mirror's fallen off!

I got my car back from the garage and the rear view mirror was hanging off. It most likely 'just happened' while the car was sitting there though - doubt anyone at fault.

So, what's the best way to secure them back to the windscreen? It's a 1996 RT/10 if that makes any difference...
