V11 PER seen in Portsmouth. Who is it?

Last weekend, saw a red SRT 10 burbling through the Gunwharf Quays car park. Registration was V11 PER.
Nice looking young lady in passenger seat.
My GF gave me a quick slap for looking!
Any idea who's car it is, as I haven't seen it before.
