German Mini VOI....The next step......What I need from you

Hi Guys,
Right this event is now closed, well sort of should anymore wish to join us you have two further weeks to decide. Not my rules but rules set by the German Federal Airforce who owns the site as it used or still is an active NATO base for training helcopter pilots.
Could you email me the following information I know I have some of it but I would like you confirmation:-
Vehicle UK registration number
Vehicle VIN number
Your and your wife/co/pilot/navigator etc passport number
This is for security by the base, which is why after a set time there will be no other admission.
The VCA in German had planned to invite their non Viper owning friends but due to the number of UK people going, have limited this.
