Thanks Baz, Seems to make sense, I imagine most of us will want to change the oil once a year so should try to get the best deal possible by buying as a group?

If memory serves me correctly, I think you'll find it's closer to ten actually neil..

Not sure how far everyone has got with oil purchasing but I've just been quoted £7.29+VAT per Qt for Fully Sythetic 0W-40 Mobil 1 by my local Dodge/Chrysler dealer.

Is this too good to be true?

whats that for, a PT cruiser? wrong oil for a Viper 10W-30 is what you really need, so guess it's to good to be true

10 quarts (9.5 litres) needed for a 2000+ oil change with a filter swap
