Already got my eye on a few things from the catalogue.. This could get expensive..

Tell me about it, I've been looking for stuff for the car since I got it and all of a sudden everything seems to be appearing so this month alone I've got a new fob, new reverse light switch, the service manual (although that was an obvious omission in my plan...), new front tyres and last night I came across the power steering pulley and bracket on special offer from Daves Big Brakes (albeit a minor discount for us outside the US). I'm going to stop looking at anything now because this really is starting to get expensive :-) I'm at least trying to do preventative things first, so the pulley was on the cards to replace the supposedly poor oem bracket and plastic wheel and I'm planning to investigate a big fluid change all round just in case it hasn't been done (because I don't really know apart from engine oil).

Try and think back to the emails we were passing back and forth prior to you buying the car... What was the words I used? I think it was something along the lines of, "Buying the car is just the start, it's all the other bits you find that you want"... Hate to say it, but I warned you mate...

Have you seen the price of the synthetic tranny lube? In for a bit of a shock there probably.

Yes, he mentioned you had a delivery pending but with it being winter I figured it would be a while before we met up again. Next time I'll be more co-ordinated.
