Hey all,

I am just wondering what grease everyone is using to lube up their tie rod ends and ball joints?? Have the wheels off the Viper for some winter cleaning and want to do this but am unsure which grease to get? any help would be great!

Love the Viper servicing notes btw!

Thanks Paul, I had a look online and the only type that i could find able to go in the grease gun was 'Castrol grease LMX'? will that do it?
This is the first time I will have done this, I take it I dont have to get the grease that is in there out? I just hook up my grease gun and start adding till the rubber swells?

Sorry if this is a stupid question!

I think that thats the new product I bought a gallon years ago (when I had an interest in a Sherman tank Tank)and believe me there is noting like the feeling of your rubber swelling hehe

i doubt you will get one in this country with the correct symbols on as in the service manual but i would have thought a good quality high temp wheel bearing grease would be ok.

Dont over fill as that can make a mess of your brake disks and that would be bad.
