If your on a budget at the mo,Chuck tator advise me that he has used silicon
around the tube/o ring seal.
you would need to get the lines off and give em a real good degrease.
seems to be the small o ring inside the fitting that give you the prob.

oil does get all over the hose,which makes you think its some where on the hose surface..............................i think
maybe get the hoses back in postion before the silicon has set.??
or replace the inner o rings.
If you go with new made up hoses its job done though.
