Yes, upgrades are available from Biff and V-Mania, I have these on my car as do a couple of other owners and they are a vast improvement, and very much better for visibility too!

I think there are a couple of sets also for sale in the VCA classifieds too, there were a couple of weeks ago at least, occasionally they pop up on ebay as well.
