I lost a dear friend tonight that some of you may know.

Don from the 'Sporting Bears' with his 289 silver Cobra, some have you have met him his wife is Boo with the Frogeye and the little Dyhatsui.

Some people change your life and some people make it, Don was one who made it. he was a true 'Petrol Head' he owned an MG RV8 a Frogeye and a Lotus Eleven.

I will miss him loads, rest in peace.

Sad to hear of the loss of a fellow petrolhead. condolences to his family and friends.

Puts my Scensoredy day at work in perspective. taking the viper in tomorrow now to make a lot of noise in his honour.

Sorry to hear that Paul, when it's someone who has had such an impact and influence on your life it always makes it that much harder to take... very sad news mate! (My condolences to those involved)

Paul,

Let us know when the funeral is - in true PetrolHead fashion we'll take the Viper.

He was a great guy - why does it always happen to the good ones?

Hopefully the Sporting Bears will run an annual memorial event for Don. A great and quiet man.

Probably the most sad event that I've taken a Viper to so far but Paul, Barbs, Mary and I gave our friend Don Grant a 20 cylinder send off at his funeral this morning. Bling and Justin formed part of the funeral procession as Don made his last journey to Harlow Crematorium.

He also had many friends from Sporting Bears attend.

Our thoughts are with Boo, family and friends.
