Part of me understands the concept of what they are attempting to achieve, and the reasons why they have chosen to make the moves that they have, but there was ways to do it right, and that could have been done by helping make changes which would have met their goals and fit the model they are clearly trying to mould, rather than cutting ties altogether and starting anew. The way that they have chosen to go about what they have done is just down right devious, and really not the way things should be done.
