Peter and Mary, glad you are coming too, looking forwards to it, rain or shine!
No such thing as slow Vipers (but, not all drivers are fast)!!
Dave, I shall probably scare myself, not driven the circuit this year, or that much due to the tight noise restrictions in years, and I have about 250lbs heavier springs in the car at the mo than what I'd like for such a bumpy track, and heavy rain too

Well,
I had my ride
(I'm sure I entertained Nadine with my efforts to get in past the cage!)
Thanks Nadine for an absolutely fantastic ride, definitely my most entertaining ride of the day (and I went on quite a few)
That car is just superb, annihilating everything in its path
Hats off to you and all the drivers there today for giving their time and their pride and joy for such a worthy cause
(note to DB7 Vantage driver - YOU'RE FACING THE WRONG WAY!)

Angry's 'fight to get' in!:

not just the AM... even the radical, a caterham or 2 ended up sliding in the rain and not sure what happened to the Ginetta near Quarry . . he made it round but minus a panel or 2 :S

very wet rainy morning, but it didn't stop play and then some much quicker sights as it all cleared later. Thanks Bjorn & Nadine for the SV ride - bumps everywhere!... nearly went out through the window/windscreen/roof

brilliant sight to see the comp coupe - ginetta tussle just before the UJ failed
hope that's all it is! Shame you couldn't get on Peter...are you sure you didn't drop a silencer/2 somewhere on the way there???!

It was a great day despite the challenging track conditions, and I just heard the day raised £8k for the Stroke Association, so well done to passengers also, a great success.
Glad the Viper didn’t disappoint, it is not supercharged, so I hope you didn’t feel short-changed; and I actually ran a power restrictor with the wet conditions, wanting to stay safe! (I think someone’s been doing some internet searching and got muddled up!). But, as things dried for a short spell, I found some grip and broke a drive shaft later in the afternoon, oops.

V8S posted this vid on the SW forum, shows it was rather damp!

out of him. Don't want him coming back saying vipers are slow.
