Winter Museum/Place of Interest Trip & Boy's night out?

Last year we did a day trip to Beaulieu during the winter months while Spud was over. Paul and I were chatting recently about doing something this winter and incorporating a Boy's night somewhere nearby (Drinks, Food, Hotel).

Generally we tend to do things in couples, but we thought it might be nice to just do something without the other halves for once?

Ran it past a few of the guys at the weekend and had some interest, who would be up for it?
Any ideas of a location and/or Place of Interest? Air Museum? Tank Museum? Motor Museum?

I can catagorically state that one of the last places on this earth I would go to with Fatboy is a strip club... I can just see that being the worst idea in the history of the world EVER!
