Atom k20 supercharged issues

Recently bought my 2006 atom. K20 supercharged motor. Was driving happily the other day and got caught out in some pretty bad rain. Started the car today and it seemed to be miss firing or more like a limp mode at 4k revs maximum. I turned the master key off and back on and it cured the problem back to full revs after about a half hour drive I tuned the car back off at a shop got back in and the problem was back. Does anyone know how to read the ecu on these. I guess they don’t have obd. The ecu casing has a little light on it that I guess is supposed to flash out errors but I can’t get it to light up or I must be not be able to find the correct wires to jump.

Any help would be appreciated.
