Pedal delay..landrover throttle linkage?

I know a few of you guys have landrovers or rangerovers can you tell me if they have a larger throttle fork on the linkage? the one im using has a small return spring on it? and i cant remember this being on the original plenum which came with the car.

Just to clarify..its the fork that locates into the tooth in the linkage
